Terms of Service Scope of Service This service operates within the bounds of quasi-investment advisory activities. The company does not engage in the following actions as outlined in Article 11 (Company Obligations), nor may users request such actions. Prohibited Actions (by the Company or Requests by Users) Engaging in securities trading or brokerage Providing 1:1 investment advice Managing investment assets under discretionary agreements Providing loans or loan brokerage services Safekeeping or depositing money or securities Operating unregistered quasi-investment advisory businesses Renting or mediating the rental of illegal futures accounts Any actions that may mislead as being a financial institution Furthermore, the services provided by the company are for reference purposes only and do not guarantee returns. Users acknowledge that the company is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred from investment decisions based on the provided information. The ultimate responsibility for investment decisions lies with the user. Chapter 1: General Provisions Article 1 (Purpose) This agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") governs the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of OZ TRADE Solution (hereinafter "Company") and the users (hereinafter "Users" or "Members") who receive quasi-investment advisory services from the company. These services include investment advice and stock recommendations related to securities (hereinafter referred to as "Services"). Article 2 (Definitions) Key terms used in this agreement are defined as follows: Company: The business entity providing the service. Member: An individual who has entered into a service agreement and uses the services provided by the company. Service Agreement: A contract between the company and the user for the use of services. Usage Fee: The fee a user must pay to the company under the service agreement. Free Member: A user who utilizes the company's services without becoming a paid member. Paid Member: A user who has entered into a service agreement and has access to specific features or information for an agreed duration. Services: Content delivered through various means, including websites, SMS, ARS (Automated Response Systems), blogs, lectures, publications, broadcasts, and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. ID: A combination of letters, numbers, or symbols used to identify the member, chosen by the member and approved by the company. Password: A combination of letters, numbers, or symbols created by the member to access their account securely. Content: All digital information and services provided online by the company, including digital content subject to restrictions under consumer protection laws. Website: Refers to the company's official homepage, blogs, social media, and affiliated platforms. Partner Company: A company with which the company has a business partnership to provide services to users.
Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information Privacy Policy OZ TRADE Solution (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) values your personal information and complies with the “Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.” Through the ‘Privacy Policy,’ the Company informs you of how the personal information you provide is used and what measures are taken to protect it. 1. Items of Personal Information and Collection/Usage Methods Collected Personal Information: The Company collects the following personal information for purposes such as membership registration, consultation, and service applications: Required Information: Name, age, email, occupation, depositor name, contact information, KakaoTalk ID, Naver ID, referrer/recommendation, investment performance-related information, stock investment experience, investment purpose, available investment time, investment preferences. Collection Methods: Website, online forums (membership registration), automated trading programs, surveys. Optional Information: Marketing information consent (email, SMS, telemarketing). During service usage or business processing, the following information may be automatically collected: IP address, cookies, visit records, service usage records, misuse records, device information, statistical data. During the use of additional or personalized services and event participation, the following information may be collected for relevant users: ID, name, date of birth, gender, mobile phone number, email address, etc. For paid services or where identity verification is required under relevant laws, the following information may be collected: Name, date of birth, gender, duplicate membership verification information (DI), encrypted unique identification information (CI), mobile phone number (optional), i-PIN (when using i-PIN), nationality (domestic/foreign). Payment information collected during paid service use includes: For credit card payment: Card company name, card number, expiration date. For mobile payment: Mobile phone number, carrier, payment approval number. For bank transfers: Bank name, account number, account holder. 2. Scope and Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Usage The Company collects and uses only the minimum personal information necessary to provide seamless services, process orders, deliver products, and facilitate communications. Collection Details for Various Purposes: Membership registration: Required Information: ID, password, name, date of birth, email address, address, phone number, mobile phone number. Optional Information: Consent for third-party provision, additional services. Communication, complaints, and service/event notifications: Name, ID, phone number, account number, card number, residential address. Delivery of invoices or products: Name, phone number, mobile number, delivery address. Payment for products/services: Bank account information, credit card information, mobile phone subscription information. Events and inquiries: Name, phone number, email, gender, date of birth, marital status, job information, marketing consent. Information indirectly collected during service usage: IP address, service usage history, access logs, cookies. The information provided will only be used for the purposes mentioned above. If the scope or purpose changes, prior consent will be obtained. 3. Retention and Usage Period, Destruction of Personal Information The Company retains and uses personal information only until the purpose of collection is achieved. Upon fulfillment, the information is immediately destroyed. Personal information is retained beyond the purpose period only as mandated by relevant laws or with the user's consent. Retention Periods for Specific Data: Records of abnormal service usage: Retained for 1 year after membership withdrawal to prevent misuse and handle disputes. Transaction-related records: Contracts or cancellations: 5 years (Consumer Protection Act). Payments and goods supply: 5 years (Consumer Protection Act). Complaints and disputes: 3 years (Consumer Protection Act). Website visit records: Retained for 3 months (Telecommunications Secrets Protection Act). 4. Procedures and Methods for Personal Information Destruction The Company immediately destroys personal information after its intended purpose is fulfilled or retention period expires. Destruction methods: Printed information: Shredding or incineration. Digital records: Permanently deleted using non-recoverable methods. 5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Management To improve services, personal information may be outsourced under strict agreements, ensuring safety and compliance. The details of outsourcing, including the contractor and purpose, are disclosed on the Company’s website. 6. User Rights and How to Exercise Them Users may view, modify, or delete their personal information and request membership withdrawal at any time. Corrections to errors will be processed promptly, and affected third parties will be notified. 7. Use of Cookies Cookies are used to store user preferences and provide tailored services. Users may refuse cookies through browser settings. 8.
